Mindtree Limited Hiring For UX UI Designer at Chennai ,  Full Time

Job Brief :
We are currently looking for a passionate UX UI designer with 4+ years of relevant work experience to join our team to create user centric easy-to-use products for our customers. Your basic functions include understanding the business requirements, in collaboration with product owners and engineers. Creating design system which covers UI elements like typography, colors, button, forms and more. Good experience with design/wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch.
Specific Responsibilities :
1. Creating user-centered designs by gathering and understanding business requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers
2. Design UI for mobile applications (Android + iOS) and web applications
3. Determine the information architecture and navigation flow for the system
4. Prepare and present rough sketches and basic wireframes to out internal team and stakeholders
5. Translating design requirements into design system that will include style guide, design patterns and UI components
6. Create high-quality UI which showcase how system works, cover all the positive and negative scenarios
7. Create UI prototypes for our stakeholders, engineer team that shows the navigation and how our product will look like
8. Creating mobile and tablet responsive designs for web applications
9. Collaborating effectively with engineer team and provide all necessary assets and solve their UX UI issues
10. Incorporating customer and field testers feedback into design in order to enhance the user experience
11. Comply with standards, procedures, guidelines, priorities, and schedules.
12. Follow Agile Scrum Methodology
13. Maintains project tracking and provide status reports to the manager and customers in a timely manner
