Ø Support & troubleshooting for Windows, Linux client & server Operating Systems.
Ø Routine Monitoring, Logs Check, Surveillance, cleanup, Maintenance of All Devices.
Ø Hardware Troubleshooting, Part Replacements, Analysis for desktop Laptop & Server Devices.
Ø Knowledge for Printer, scanner, Door Access, Punching Clock, All-in-one, Industrial systems.
Ø Mailbox outlook, office365, management & troubleshooting Office Pack Good Knowledge e.g. excel
Ø Monitoring All Systems Logs, space and server Health Network connectivity using Application
Ø Maintaining the timely back up of important data and management resources.
Ø Antivirus Console, monitoring Security Patches updating, threat detection. Scanning.
Ø Documentation of Projects, MIS Reports, Maintenance, Ticket raising for Vendor.
Ø Assisted in the timely recovery of data lost due to software crash or hardware failure.
Ø Providing quota limit on file server also manage Sharing & Security access control for Files & Folders.
Ø Provide patching and upgrades for all servers on monthly schedule.
