About the Role:

The Hardware – Asset Management System Engineer will support the day to day activities of a cross-functional team to deliver ITAM Services for internal customers. You will require experience in IT Asset Management – ITAM and the functions that support asset life-cycle management.

You Will:

o You and us maintain all hardware asset details.

o You and us manage hardware purchase orders through their lifecycle (including Goods Receipting and Invoicing)

o You and us manage all purchasing and end to end stock management activities including asset recording and tracking.

o You and us create purchase orders, adding new assets to the repository and managing the asset deployment process

o Handle queries relating to hardware asset details

o Verify supplier invoices against purchase orders

o Help relate to the procurement of products and services.

o Ensure assets are accounted for (including those assets that are unassigned) and components are accurately reflected in Service Now

o Assist in the establishment and embedding of hardware asset management processes across all regio

Skills & Experience

Asset Life Cycle Management, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Working experience with MS Excel, Power Point.

Requirements: –

Any Graduate who have at least 4-5 years experience in purchasing with IT background.(In LAN,WAN etc. Purchasing.)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
