JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Monitoring of ITSM Ticketing Tool, ensure tickets are assigned to respective site engineers and balance the workload within the team, Monitor the OPEN tickets and ensure its updated in a timely manner till its resolved/closure within SLA.
• Raise request with respective OEM/Vendors/On call support team for on call/on demand support and follow up till its closure within SLA.
• Prepare and share/maintain Tickets reports/dashboard to all stakeholders on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Assign project/hygiene/PAV activities, monitor/follow up and share its progress with stakeholders till closure.
• Monitor/follow up on BAU and Project related tasks with the team on a daily/weekly/monthly basis till closure.
• Prepare and share Roster, attendance, productivity reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Track IT asset Inventory, movement, allocations, reclaims, stock, scrap activity and keep all stakeholders/asset team updated with reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Follow up with commercial team for raising PO/Invoicing for IT spare parts procurement/replacement cases.

NOTE : Only those candidates will be considered who are ready for the Face to Face interview process.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
