Job Description:
MS Office expert – Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Knowledge in managing the Project Managment for SAP/Non AMS projects or Transformation projects (Full scale implementation with end to end process flow)

A solid understanding of Excel formulas, Vlookups, and pivot tables

Knowledge of ITIL is a must, certification will be a plus

Excellent communication skills in written and verbal english

The work environment is 24X7X365 and requires shift operations.

Knowledge of SAP fundamentals is not a requirement but would be an advantage.

Enterprise IT operations or SAP Operations is a must.

Ability to understand an environment driven by SLAs and KPIs

Having experience with people coordination (internal and external)

Experience with ticket management software (JIRA and Zoho Projects) is required.

It is necessary to have escalation management skills

Task coordination with Service Providers and Vendors for high-priority tickets.

Performing an audit of all tickets (incidents, service requests, problem tickets, RCA, etc.) according to the service level agreements

Must Have:
Minimum of 5 years of Enterprise IT operations support or SAP Operations understanding is a must.

MS Excel proficiency in data management and transformation

Expert in Project Management skills
