Position Title:
Lead Analyst – IT Global Reporting and Automation

Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing architecture, development and supporting of Reporting tools such as SAPBW, SAP SAC, SAP BW4Hana, Tableau

Job Description:
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
Build and define enterprise Reporting strategy

Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities

Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas

Expertise of SAP Business Warehouse, SAP SAC, BEX, Tableau/BO and Automation tools (ETL tools such as Alteryx added advantage) platforms to solve critical business needs

Create and review Technical specifications and track status of all efforts

Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.

Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.

Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions

Willingness to work in shifts supporting worldwide, based on business need

Additional Details:
Minimum Qualifications

8+ years of deep Business & Technical experience

Hands on experience with SAP BW System Administration and performance tuning

Hands on experience with SAP BW development/SAP BW4 Hana and ABAP using SAP R/3 data sources, Non-SAP data sources, custom content etc.

Demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the SDLC

Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others

Results oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude – adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. 2 + years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects.

Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)

Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies.

Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.

Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.

Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in SAP BW/ BI/SAP BW4HANA

Certification on Reporting tools like Tableau added advantage

Experience working in global technologies

Awareness of SAP environment, Automation, Office 365 and latest analytics

Educational Requirements

Post Graduates, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.
