Position Summary:
This position is responsible for performing architecture, development and support for collaboration team supporting technologies like SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure, Power BI.
Job Description:
Execute / lead /perform assigned projects and activities within the Collaboration team.
Define and adopt new development approaches and technology related to SharePoint, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, PowerBI, Microsoft RPA, Azure and general collaboration
Customization of Intranet portal and Collaboration application using .net, React.js, Javascript
Create and review Technical specifications and track status all SharePoint and PowerApps, Microsoft Flow development efforts
Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. This includes being on call and support off-hours and holidays.
Perform and participate in all aspects of SharePoint Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of technical experience providing software engineering, planning, design, analysis, and developing complex software models and applications across SharePoint, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, .net technologies, web application, Microsoft Azure
Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written)
Familiar with full-life cycle (SDLC) development and formal change management methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
Experience in off/on shore model as well as working with Virtual teams.
Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on O365, SharePoint Online, 2013, 2010
Expertise on developing and maintaining application using CSOM, JSOM, REST API, CAML Query, JSLink
Expertise on JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, Media Queries, Google Charts,PHP, .net
Worked on Webparts, Content Types, Content Types Hubs, Document Set etc.
Worked on SharePoint and Web application
Worked on Console Application and Task Scheduler
Expertise on SharePoint Designer Workflow
Experience in Azure added advantage
Educational Requirements
Post Graduates, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering or related field or equivalent is required.
