You work in Mondelēz International Business Services to lead in the development of tools, frameworks and skills that ensure the effective delivery of the experience strategy for a specific process area (which could be in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc.). You also work with other service operations employees to ensure they are using processes and tools to ensure an impeccable customer experience.
How you will contribute
As a subject matter expert (SME) for processes in your area, you will provide input to capability-building materials and toolkits to ensure adherence to defined processes and to identify opportunities for the development of standard tools, automation, digitization and application for processes in line with group priorities and strategy. In addition, you will monitor key performance indicators to ensure they are aligned to strategic objectives and provide feedback to develop global capability. In this role, you will also audit and manage change controls and keep track of issues and actions to ensure they are addressed on a timely basis. Working with other teams, you will manage issue escalations. As an SME, you not only understand, but keep abreast of industry-wide best practices in your area.

Digital is an evolving space at Mondelez International. Digital Automation encapsulates projects considered as Robotic Process Automation and No Code Low code to drive digital disruptive automation ideas across the organization. These are projects that will run on Agile methodology and for a duration of typically 8-12 weeks.
Automations CoE is a new offering created to deliver No Code Low Code device agnostics Apps however with a lens of Mobile Device accessibility to the organization leveraging the citizen developer concept. Mondelēz is looking to democratize IT by providing the platform and training to functional users to be able to build CRUD based application to drive productivity, speed to market and thereby Digitalization. We would like to extend this by building Pro code use cases using Power Platform.
The role calls for strategizing, standing up and running the Mobile CoE organization leveraging the platforms identified:
The role serves as the expert in Web and Mobile App technologies and has Power Platform experience
Strategizes and evolves CoE app development lifecycle and suppor t
Collaborates with Partner (s) and Experience towers (Domain / function)
Liaises with Functions, Enterprise Architects and other teams to define roadmap / journey , source use cases and maintain products built with the NCLC platforms.
Needs to demonstrate Agile Mindset
Technical know-how required / preferred
Experience with No Code Low Code Platform PowerApp
Translating business need to technology strategy
Experience having led a Product as Product Owner / Manager at a technology product company
Experience of product conceptualization, design, development and support
Strong stakeholder management. Ability to connect with functional leads to maintain a steady pipeline of projects
THE KEY EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE:
Experience with Product Organization / Similar role in CPG industry having led the setup and running of Pro Code Apps within Automation CoE
Experience with actual product launch and adoption
Strong in design (UI/UX) principles and modular programming techniques
Passionate about innovations & RPA, digital technologies and possess technical acumen to evaluate new opportunities with internal and external partners.
Ability to understand a variety of disruptive technology products and services that will guide Marketing (digital & eCom), Sales, Supply Chain and Enterprise processes
Experience Required
Experience in digital technologies such as RPA, Artificial Intelligence/ML, AR/VR, eCommerce, and experience in working with startup and innovation incubator ecosystem.
Knowledge of Microsoft stack / Full stack experience. Hands-on development experience in programming languages / platforms / web technologies / frameworks.
Technical experience in an IT programming development environment specially in the Mobile
Proven track record of learning new skills proactively and applied it to business opportunities
Understand the impact of data and digital technologies in the context of business
Experience in a major CPG or parallel industry
Experience in design thinking preferred
B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent. Tier1 MBA preferred
Self-Starter who can define product visions, build relevant teams and execute the plans to actual implementation and success
3+ years’ experience in Mobile technology & product, with hands on knowledge & expertise in coding & application development
2+ years in Microsoft Power Platform App development
~5-7 Years of total experience
