Responsibilities
ITIL Fundamentals trained or certified
Office 365 Administration
Good Network troubleshooting Knowledge
Addressing Technical issues with respect to Hardware and software
Basics of Network operation center tasks like Change requests, Maintenance, and Upgrades
Troubleshooting of Access points and configuration of the security system and firewall infrastructure
Good understanding of the latest technological trends and willingness to work a 24/5 environment including night shifts
Good understanding of Outlook and its troubleshooting
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Should be willing to adapt to the changes and willing to learn modern technologies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
3-4 years experience as System Administrator/preferably as L1 & L2 Engineer
Strong analytical skills Excellent Communication Skills
ITIL fundamental or ITSM trained or certified will be an advantage
