Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer with a strong background in API documentation and developer
portals. This role requires a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a focus on
APIs and developer tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive, clear, and concise API documentation for our Developer
Portal.
Collaborate with product managers and software developers to understand and document API
functionalities and capabilities.
Produce developer guides, tutorials, sample code, FAQs, and troubleshooting documents.
Ensure technical accuracy and relevance of content, updating documentation to reflect changes
and new features in our APIs.
Enhance user experience through engaging and user-friendly content.
Manage documentation projects, including planning, timelines, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical writing with a focus on software development,
APIs, and developer tools.
Strong understanding of API concepts, programming languages, and developer workflows.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate complex technical
concepts into easy-to-understand language.
Experience with documentation tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
