Role: Developer – Level – 4
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Be a highly certified and recognized Salesforce expert. SFDC Sales or Service Module Experience is must to have with minimum 2 implementations.
. Serve as a Trusted Advisor, drive conversations with our Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Developers and Business Stakeholders armed with best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance across the platform, including Service Cloud, Sales Cloud.
. Solid hands-on experience on Apex class , Visualforce pages, triggers, workflows and webservice Integrations.
. Good knowledge on LWC /Aura Platform
. Very Strong in Salesforce Sales or Service cloud and its product features
. Closely Involved in at least 2 Sales or Service cloud implementations
. Platform certification is must
. Knowledge on Salesforce lightning is a plus
. Salesforce FSC experience would be added advantage
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate has the following work and skills related experience:
. 4+ years of IT industry exposure with hands-on SFDC PLATFORM
. 3+ years of development and design experience on Salesforce CRM implementations (Sales or Service Cloud Must)
. Experience with Salesforce APEX code and triggers, flows ,workflows ,APIs, production deployment using ANT, Force.com IDE, etc.
. Experience on Lightning platform – Aura and LWC is must
. Experience on Salesforce Integrations – REST/SOAP
. Expert guidance on best practices for configuration, development / integration and data migration in salesforce.com
. Experience with key areas of enterprise architecture, including integration technologies, single sign on, and data migration.
. Experience on CI/CD is required

. Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs.
. Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.
. Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
. Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
