Incubment will Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and isolate failure point including hardware, software, network, application, training and / or documentation.

Asset management, imaging of windows , reimaging, laptop assiagnment , recovery, hardware support on all IT assets. Willingness to work in flexible shift timings 24/7.Good communication , soft skills, awareness of latest technology.
