Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for Application development

To ensure designing, coding and debugging applications in various software languages.

To be responsible for Software analysis, code analysis, requirements analysis. software review, identification of code metrics, system risk analysis, software reliability analysis.

To communicate all relevant IT-related information’s /issues to superiors.

Evaluating and identifying new technologies with the discussion of your seniors.

Analyzing standard systems development lifecycle processes and implementing accordingly.

Adheres to coding standards defined by technical management.

Support & maintaining software functionality.

Integrate software with existing systems.

Responsible for Software testing and quality assurance.

Responsible for performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation.

Possess knowledge of various database access methods.

Understands the professional development process and getting actively involved by setting challenging goals and meeting them through continuous learning

Sustaining the security and integrity of data.

Creating complex query definitions that allow data to be extracted.

Database backup restore and recovery process of existing HMIS.

User training, User support on work station, prepares user manuals.

Attained user calls if any issue and resolved within TAT.

Taking care of the day-to-day support and troubleshooting of all in house software and equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, copy machines etc.).

Troubleshoot and correct hardware/ software computer and network problems.

Any other task assigned to you from time to time.
