As an Application Support Engineer, you will deliver contractual service requirements to fix both hardware and software issues as reported by the customer within SLA. Covering 3-shift working hours pattern 6-days a week and subject to, only if required, standby shift pattern as defined by your line manager, supervisor or team leader to ensure appropriate cover is available at all times to meet the customers’ requirements.
