Job Description

Experience required- 2 – 6 yrs only in Project Management

• Works with BA, Technical Architect, Solution Architect to deliver the Project

_ Project Management activities, Project Planning, Risk mitigation, Status Update to customer on Project plan, Plan Sprints, Conduct Retrospections, oversee Sprint_
Execution
_ Help define project scope, goals and deliverables_
_ Define tasks and required resources_
_ Collect and manage project team_
_ Manage budget_
_ Allocate project resources_
_ Create schedule and project timeline_
_ Track deliverables_
_ Support and direct team_
_ Monitor and report on project progress_
_ Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions_
_ Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs_
_ Evaluate and as_sess result of project

• Foster partnership with customers/stakeholders/sponsors
• Align project objectives with company goals, and make sure project team is clear on

objectives

Requirement

• Preferred PMP or Scrum Certified
• Three or more years project management experience in IT
• Detail-oriented
• Thrives in collaborative environment*
• Good communications skills, with customers, team and stakeholders*
• Business & IT strategy experience*
• Customer focused mindset*
• Knowledge of Project Management tools like JIRA, Youtrack*
