Netqueue Technologies Private Limited provides 360-degree IT services, including web design, development and digital marketing, with a dedicated team of developers & marketers.
We are urgently looking for IT professionals as a Business Development Manager to join our organization & lead the whole IT operations for the UK & India office. The candidate must have complete knowledge of outsourcing & manage projects for our IT businesses. Team & time management knowledge must.

Ø The main responsibilities of the role are:
· Experience in Lead Generation/ Business Development/ International Sales/ Tech Sales in the US / UK with an IT based company. Outsourcing IT projects through online & offline
· Must have working experience in online bidding platforms (Like: Upwork, Freelancer) for international IT projects, write proposals, prepare project documentation etc
· Must have working experience in IT Sales and handling the communication with the client and in-house development team
· Generating new Business for wide range of Digital Services
· Attending meetings with clients and resolving their queries
· Increasing Company revenue by selling Website, Web App, Mobile App and CRM Development and Design and other Digital Marketing Services.
· Experience with Lead generator, Calling, Drafting of proposals, Client interaction
· Understanding of IT market and online marketing strategies
· IT projects requirement analysis, budget analysis
· Business development strategy for IT business, handle a team of 8-10 people, communicate with clients. This will involve working closely with online Bidders, SEO & digital marketing experts, Social media experts, designer and developers to generate IT projects & come up with effective and scalable solutions.

Qualification:
Ø Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Ø Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Ø Communicative, persuasive and goal-oriented
Experience:
Ø Business development: 2-3 years in IT sales (Preferred)
