Responsibilities:
Solution Architect duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain close communication and good working relationships between sales, delivery, and product organizations.
Maintain positive culture and connectedness within the SE organization and engagement beyond.
Ensure opportunity SLAs are met.
Drive relationships with the partner ecosystem and Netrix brand.
Work with sales teams for constant improvement and acceleration of client engagement and throughput of opportunities.
Provide subject matter expertise and coordination for SOW/proposals for Managed Services.
Participate with sales, marketing, and operations to improve win ratios for professional services and monthly recurring revenue.
Work to improve best practices of sales engineering organization.
Day to Day Activities
Engage with the Account Executives on new opportunities,
Qualify opportunities and evaluate prospect needs
Develop proposals and/or statements of work (SOWs) to present to the prospect.
Engage as technical leader for Managed Services to communicate, collaborate and plan engagement with existing and new customers.
Maintain a current level of understanding of channel operations for our major channel partners.
Lead workshops/assessments to clients in areas such as Teams Enterprise Voice, Direct Routing, and other opportunities
Provide technical thought leadership/ marketing/ branding of Netrix to community
Create thought-leadership content.
Develop compelling client demonstrations
Conduct internal and external (client-facing) webinars
Sales enablement
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years’ experience designing and selling unified communications solutions.
Minimum 2 years’ experience designing and selling Microsoft Teams Business Voice or Enterprise Voice.
Completed Microsoft MS-720 Teams Voice Engineer exam
Deep understanding of Teams Voice concepts and features, including calling plans, direct routing, auto-attendant, emergency (911) calling, call queues and PSTN connection options.
Deep understanding of voice infrastructure including SIP trunks, PRI, and Session Border Controllers (SBC) by AudioCodes and Ribbon.
Experience with Microsoft Teams voice endpoints from Poly, Yealink, AudioCodes and others.
Ability to confidently present solutions to prospects and customers and answer technical questions during sales presentations.
