Be part of our amazing IT Support group, whose main responsibility is to provide technical support for our employees in the Hyderabad office!
In this role the prime candidate will provide agile end-user support in a mostly-Mac organization. Some of the responsibilities will include management of our computers, user accounts, and technology stack. You will be the main point of contact for our local end-user support, as well as provide remote support to our other global offices. On-call, after-hours support is expected as a part of a scheduled global team rotation.

What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary support contact for computer and mobile device issues (including white-glove support for executives); escalating problems as necessary to the appropriate teams
Provision and de-provision user accounts
Provide meeting support and AV troubleshooting
Ensure accurate inventories of software and hardware assets
Respond to internal support inquiries in person, via Slack, email, or phone calls
Configure and install IT hardware, including laptops, peripherals, and printers
Install, configure, and solve software packages, including operating systems, desktop software, and custom applications
Work with the Procurement team to order software and equipment as needed
Maintain a high level of service and support by using a ticketing system
Participate in a global emergency on-call rotation
Your Qualifications
Must-have:
Several years of experience supporting Mac hardware
Deep expertise with SaaS applications (eg. Google Workspace, Okta, Salesforce, Zoom, Slack)
Wifi & Networking troubleshooting skills
Familiarity with JAMF Pro and CrashPlan
Strong soft skills (eg. critical thinking, creative problem solving, leadership, etc.)
Demonstrate empathy and a desire to provide a first-class end-user experience
Exhibit passion and motivation for new technology and learning
Demonstrate ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
Nice-to-have:
Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification
Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification
Google Workspace certification
Google IT Support Professional certification
Comfortable using a command line
Familiarity with a scripting or coding language (Python, Bash, Javascript, Java)
