6+ years of full cycle recruitment experience for Technology requirements(Salesforce, Analytics, Data Science, Cloud)
6+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean and x-ray searches
Experience recruiting passive candidates.
Ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships
LinkedIn exposure is an added advantage
4+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
Excellent written and verbal communication
Should be a quick learner
