· Strong leadership capabilities and people management skills.
· A proven team leader and individual contributor with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
· 2 – 5 Years experience in Customer support in which 2+ years of leadership experience will be an advantage.
· Good Communication (Proficiency in English)
· Experience working with Web Portal Company’s like Quirk, Naukri and Justdial -based companies (preferred)
· A creative problem-solver, capable of making decisions when needed without relying on management
