IT Manager Job description
General Roles & Responsibilities
Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation, Designing training programs and workshops for staff related to IT, conducting regular system audits, Running and sharing regular operation system reports with senior staff
Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages, identifying opportunities for team training and skills advancement
Manage IT staff by training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance, Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy, identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
Hardware:-
· AMC Handling – Pan India Branches.
· IT Asset& Configuration Management.
· IT Department Relevant annual renewals and agreements follow ups.
· IT Procurement Management – PAN India
· Preserve assets, information security and control structures
· Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
· EPBAX support.
· UPS and CCTV Management.
· Trouble shooting of Hardware.
· Remote Support Management.
· Handling EDP & MIS Department
Networking Management;-
· E-Mail Administration
· DATA modification support to all the branch’s.
· Resolving technical issues which are related to network, Routers, Switches, Internet Issues, LAN issues
· Antivirus Management
· Installation Management.
Software Management
· Identifying and acting on opportunities to improve and update software and systems
· Software Licensing Management.
· Trouble shooting of Software.
· ERP – Operation, Accounts , Payroll and Fleet management MODULE to be supported
· ERP – Coordination/Implementation / Trouble shooting / Testing/Training.
· Preparing the Processing Logics for the in house software developers and explaining about the linking the options and linking database internally between one options to another.
· Maintenance and Management of Company website, as per the company standard.
Data updating
· Data updating in ERP as per schedule time
· Tracking of consignment updating in system happens
· Pod scanning and uploading by the IT TEAM.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹500,000.00 – ₹600,000.00 per year
