1.Installing, Managing and Troubleshooting : -Cloud Server, Windows Server 2008 R2, Server 2012, Windows 7-10, SQL Server 2008

2.Expertise knowledge of MS office. Well versed with MS Outlook, MS Excel

3.Manage Active Directory, Add/Delete/manage users

4.Manage server roles : File Services, FTP, IIS, DHCP,DNS

5.Maintain Uptime of Servers, Network connectivity

6.OS related Troubleshooting including network and software issues

7.Network Troubleshooting

8• Good knowledge of Fortigate firewall

o Routing Configuration
o NAT
o (Policies, Web filters, App Filters, VPN)
o Checking logs, track network usage.

9.Manage multiple Web Domains

10.Good in resolving virus issues and maintaining Antivirus console

11.Asset Management and Procurements, Vendor management

12.IT SPOC for Software support from vendor

13. Basic SQL Queries

14.Knowledge of Backup and Recovery system

15. Maintain Lease Lines and public IPs

16. CCTV management

17. Troubleshoot/repair hardware related issues

18. Maintain IT Policy, Licenses

19.Support internal Audit & Vendor Audit

20.Adding & deleting the user email IDs, Installing, Configuring and Rectifying e-mail related problems
