Chief Technology Officer

Job Summary:

My client is looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of their business. You will communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure the company’s technologies are used to create new benchmarks.

Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role.

Duties:-

• Oversees all technical aspects and technological resources of an organization for the purpose of organizational growth. Establishes a technological vision for an organization and leads the company’s technological development.

ü -Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity and Spearhead IT projects to increase our market reach and improve our USP

ü -Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

ü -Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals

ü -Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage

ü -Help departments use technology profitably

ü -Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency

ü -Build quality assurance and data protection processes

ü -Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance

ü – Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology

ü -Communicate technology strategy to partners and investors

ü – Innovation to improve the technological assets of a company

ü -Oversees IT budgets to make sure there are no unnecessary expenditures

ü -Consistently evaluates technical efficiency and makes changes as necessary

ü -Works with other departments to use new technologies to streamline company policies and rules

ü -Directs the development and possible implementation of policies in instances of a breach, also known as disaster recovery plans

ü -Maintain current knowledge of technology landscape and developments

ü -Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics

Skills And Qualifications:

ü -4+ years of experience as a CTO or similar leadership role.

ü -Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy

ü -Understanding of budgets and business-planning

ü -Ability to conduct technological analyses and research

ü -Excellent communication skills

ü -Leadership and organizational abilities

ü -Strategic thinking

ü -Problem-solving aptitude

ü -Engineering or a related field; MTech or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
