Job Description
The Client Solution Architect is a client facing role, leading and driving the operational design of our client offering to ensure it meets clients’ requirements while maintaining the NielsenIQ offer in the marketplace in a sustainable manner. In this role you have to have an “end to end” knowledge regarding the production processes, to be able to present these explicitly to the client and to depict complex processes in a comprehensible manner.
Accountabilities:
Key accountabilities (this area is not a detailed description of activities on the job):
Manages a dedicated set of clients within a specific industry group and maintain a strong relationship with them
Acts as the advocate of clients to constantly improve our technical solutions and processes in order to meet our competitive position as market leader; understands and takes into account the costing behind solution implementations
Advises, suggests, and discusses solutions with the client and commercial team in regard to client requirements, and plays an “interface role” between client, commercial teams and Operations
Responsible for the efficient layout of the databases, including the submission of proactive suggestions to the client to simplify the databases and to speed up the processes
Ensure direct communication with the client (face to face, phone, mail), especially in case of escalations, but also covers regular client engagement meetings including, ability to facilitate face to face meetings for clients without dedicated Client Solution Architect within the industry
Builds market knowledge both locally as regionally to ensure capability of consulting clients proactively on industry trends and recommend data improvements
Generates status reports for client projects and supervises the performance regarding the expectations
Keep track of contractual obligations in relation to quality and prioritizes workload/escalates accordingly to mitigate potential penalty risks
Coordination of technical specifications directly with the client
Build a strong network and NielsenIQ image at client side to support NPS score.
Requirements:
Work experience:
Industry experience or significant NielsenIQ Company cross functional experience and understanding
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Skills and knowledge:
Strong technical understanding of the operations production platforms and capabilities in order to be able to understand the necessary translation of client requirements into a technical specification in Global Technology and Operation (GTO)
Excellent relationship management skills to effectively liaise with clients, commercial and operational teams
Experienced business acumen
Profound combination of deep operational skills with client orientation and perception
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Enhanced project management skills
Ability to manage a varied and unpredictable workload with minimum supervision
Presentation skills
Problem solving and decision making skills combined with ability to drive projects forward
Very good Excel knowledge and computer literate.
Experienced decision maker who is able to drive projects forward
Active listening capabilities to secure the deliveries are in line with client expectations
Proficient level of both written and spoken English is a must.
