Ninesec Integration Pvt Ltd is a Mumbai based System Integrator providing IT Infrastructure solutions to Enterprise Customers since 2000. We are business partners with Cisco, HPE, Dell, Fortinet, Checkpoint etc. We have a dedicated team of qualified & certified engineers supporting the sales & marketing team.

The requirement is for BDE for Technical Sales of Networking & IT Infrastructure related solutions (Including but not limited to LAN, WAN, Cloud Infrastructure, Cloud Based Solutions, Virtualization, Storage, Unified Communications, Security) to Mid & Large enterprise level customers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• BE or Diploma holder in any engineering stream, preferably IT / Computer Engineering / Electrical Engineering.
• Industry related Certifications (Like Cisco Sales Expert or similar) are required.
• Minimum 4 years in selling IT hardware & related products/solutions of which at least 2 years in selling Networking solutions to Mid & Enterprise level customers. (500+ employees)
• Should possess the skill to work both in team and also perform independently.

• Should be capable of thriving in the competitive markets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or other communication channels.
• Ability to see the big picture and drive solution sales as compared to product sale.

• Co-ordinate with pre-sales technical team to arrange relevant demos & proof of concepts with customers for solution discovery.
• Provide accurate, detailed data regarding sales and also related activities in a time-bound manner.

• Provide accurate feedback on future buying trends of respective customers.
• Efficient account management and receivable management in time-bound manner.

Compensation:

• Compensation is no bar for deserving candidates, demonstrating superior skill set & exceptional abilities.
• Deserving candidates can expect package between 10 to 16 lakhs (70% fixed + rest variable) CTC based on sales targets achieved.
• Compensation shall be closely linked to overall on-time payment performance of accounts being handled by the candidate.
• Company shall provide SIM card and reimburse mobile bills. Smart phone handset to be provided by candidate.
• Company to provide Group Accident Insurance for the candidate and Group Medical Insurance to Candidate & immediate family (Spouse + upto 2 dependent kids). (After 3 months of joining)
• Conveyance, travel & other necessary expenses shall be paid on reimbursement basis.

Travel requirements:

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹1,600,000.00 per year
