Summary:
An experienced and highly skilled Azure Network Engineer with a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing network solutions in Microsoft Azure cloud environment. Possesses in- depth knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, along with hands-on experience in designing and deploying complex network architectures in Azure. Skilled in configuring, securing, and optimizing Azure networking components, such as virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, load balancers, Azure Firewall, and Azure DNS. Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving network-related issues in Azure and monitoring and optimizing network performance. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams and delivering high-quality network solutions on time and within budget.

Skills:
Strong understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPN, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, and SD-WAN.

Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing networking solutions in Microsoft Azure, including virtual networks, subnets, VPN gateways, ExpressRoute, load balancers, Azure Firewall, and Azure DNS.

Proficient in configuring and securing Azure networking components, including setting up network security groups (NSGs), user-defined routes (UDRs), virtual network service endpoints (VNet Service Endpoints), and private endpoints.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing hybrid network architectures, connecting on-premises networks to Azure using site-to-site (S2S) and point-to-site (P2S) VPN connections, ExpressRoute, and Azure Private Link.

Knowledge of Azure Network Watcher, Azure Network Security Group (NSG) flow logs, and Azure Firewall logs for monitoring and troubleshooting network issues in Azure.

Familiarity with Azure Traffic Manager, Azure Front Door, and Azure Application Gateway for load balancing and traffic management in Azure.

Experience in network optimization and performance tuning techniques in Azure, including optimizing network bandwidth, optimizing network routes, and using Azure ExpressRoute FastPath.

Understanding of Azure DNS and its integration with virtual networks and custom domain names.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve complex network issues in Azure.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
