Noa International, LLC Looking for IT Support Specialist at Delhi, Delhi Full Time

We are looking to add an IT Support Specialist to our remote team. The ideal candidate must have experience and knowledge in the following domains:

  • Experience with VoIP solutions such as ViciDial, Asterisk, and FreePBX.
  • Experience in cloud infrastructures like AWS and Azure.
  • Experience in WordPress, cPanel, Web Hosting, PHP.
  • VPN management, administration, and troubleshooting
  • 2-3 years of experience in Remote IT Support.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and identify solutions for any IT related issues
  • Have Strong knowledge of Applications, Hardware, Software’s for Both Windows and MAC
  • Experience with Making reports on Excel.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • VPN and remote connectivity access management.
  • Available to work in Rotations.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹320.00 – ₹350.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
