Strategy and Technology lays the path for Nokia’s future technology innovation and identifies the most promising areas for Nokia to create new value. We set the company’s strategy and technology vision, offer an unparalleled research foundation for innovation, and provide critical support infrastructure for Nokia.
The Next Generation ERP (NG ERP) program will deliver a harmonized ERP solution for the Nokia business based on an SAP S/4HANA platform. The ERP BODS Lead will be accountable for managing the IT Data Stream including managing budgets, resources, planning and delivering all elements of the NG ERP Data Governance, working with data leads on Data Cleansing and Migration.
The ERP BODS Lead is accountable for data migration activities for the Next Generation ERP Program.

As part of our team, you will:
Work with project managers and business teams to agree data migration plans
Determine the data migration scope for the project
Develop the data migration approach and tools and formalize within Data Migration Strategy for the programm
Develop data migration quality criteria
Work with environments and BASIS leads to secure environments and clients to host data for testing purposes
Manage data migration tests/trial loads to agreed levels of data volume and quality
Manage data migration during cutover
Work with the business leads to ensure that data reconciliation is performed
Set up governance processes
Manage dependencies
Identify and manage resources (as required)
Manage and resolve issues
Identify, manage, and mitigate risks.
Able to run BODS to load data in S4
Your skills and experience
You have:
10-15 years of data migration experience within an SAP Environment.
Deep knowledge of SAP data migration approaches and tools
Deep knowledge of SAP BODS
Bachelors’ degree from an accredited college/university
Understanding of SAP methodologies and processes
Experience of Agile methodologies
Ability to travel to at a short notice
Ability to manage a complex and fluid political environment
Experience of complex, cross-functional, multi supplier projects
Ability to develop sustainable relationships with key senior business stakeholders
Ability to network within the IT and business environment
International team Management – Able to assimilate and respectfully coordinate across cultures
Building effective teams and holding them accountable for results
Integrity and Trust, Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Drive for Results
Interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
Highly motivated individual, and a team player who adapts to a dynamic work environment
The chosen candidate will be expected to build a high-performing project? team that will reduce reliance on external system integrators and perform a rollout in record time while minimizing costs.
The applicant must have the right to work in the US without Nokia needing to sponsor.
It would be nice if you also had:
MBA or MIS from an accredited college/university is preferred
SAP Certification (Functional and/or technical) preferred
