As an Agile Process Delivery Manager, you will support the up-front demand management process for all incoming demands and requirements impacting the Middleware solution. While this role has aspects of project management activities, the primary function is to develop trusted relationships and partner with requesting IT and Business Teams to understand specific integration needs around a business process. In this role you will engage end-to-end between and with all involved teams, including the Middleware Delivery Team for prioritization, scheduling and delivery of the final solution. In this role it is expected that knowledge and expertise will also be developed on-going to better understand integrations and their role in the various business processes.
What you will learn and contribute to
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Act as primary contact and take ownership for incoming demands that will support integration requirements between source and target application(s).
In coordination with requesting IT and Business Project teams, review and assess requirements and project timelines, and ensure proper required documentation is completed.
Review and discuss technical solution options with Middleware Architecture team.
Drive demands into the Middleware Pipeline Process and align with the Product Owner to schedule into the delivery queue.
Liaise between the project team and the Middleware Delivery team to bridge communications, resolve issues, and capture additional or changing requirements
Follow demands throughout their lifecycle and provide inputs to status reviews and reporting processes
Build knowledge and expertise around business processes and integration capabilities
Your skills and experience
You have:
1-3 years of experience in process management
The ability to efficiently organize and track incoming project and enhancement demands
Effective management skills across a wide range of global business organizations and IT teams spanning multiple time zones.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Strong listening, attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong people networking skills to develop relationships across Nokia organizations
Competency with MicroSoft Office tools (Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, etc.)
It would be nice if you also had:
A familiarity within WebMethods and Service Now processing
