The Design and Realization of such Capabilities will be executed in Nokia’s global “IT Business Applications” department. The “Commercial IT” team there is seeking innovative and passionate solution specialists who share our vision of bringing excellence in all of Nokia’s Digital Customer interactions involving Salesforce and/or Azure Platform.

Job Responsibilities & Competencies
Leads medium to large projects against agreed project targets that contribute to efficiency and improvement in systems, processes and tools in functional, region or local operation
Contributes to project execution performance with respect to financial and operational KPIs such as cost, timelines, revenue and project assets
Interfaces with key stakeholders at business area or cross functions
Works effectively in a mixed environment and uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Has in-depth business knowledge and uses understanding of how relevant areas integrate to achieve objectives
Uses advanced analytical skills to solve complex problems or problems that do not have routine solutions and takes a new perspective
Shares initial ideas for professional direction of own organizational unit
May lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements or small teams, handles day-to-day staff management issues, including resource management and allocation of work.
Conducts thorough risk management

Your skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Telecommunications/Information Technology/Computer Science or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in a comparable role, covering
Agile and continuous Delivery and methodologies
Change Management
Communication
Contract Management
Risk Management
PMI or equivalent certification
Agile PM certification
Ability to drive, strong influencing skills and lead without formal power and line authority
Sound methodical skills with attention to detail and process requirements
Capability to multi-task and prioritize to ensure timely deliveries
Comfortable with working with multiple stakeholders in a multi-cultural environment of a global matrix organization with sensitivity and partnering
Excellent presentation, networking and communication skills

Fluent written & spoken English
