IT Quality Engineer
The overall objective for this position is to have a strong candidate who can be part of Agile projects and ensure creation of best on class digital enterprise level products as part of the Nokia Group Functions. Group Functions is the team within Nokia Strategy and Technology division providing end to end solutions for the following business domains: HR, Quality, Real Estate and Legal & Compliance.
The current product landscape is in front of significant development and standardization requiring a candidate with the right mindset to understand which product development activities leads to transformed and renewed landscape by utilizing the latest available technology to foster refresh of the new innovative IT landscape.

Assist in design and the develop solutions 100% on cloud based on cloud native architecture.
Define vision and partner with stakeholders to determine the QA/TDD strategy.
Define test coverage and QA KPIs across products.
Assist in design and testing of solutions on 100% cloud based on cloud native architecture.
Test and maintain new and existing solutions in Agile.
Participate in designs, design review and code review.
Ability to work with both structured and unstructured data sources.
Participate in prototyping, pilots and PoC creation.
Inspect and verify and refactor the quality of packages before release.
Own creation of test case documentation.
Provide training to key users as needed.

Key skills and experience required for performing the role:
3-5 years of experience as a Developer in prominent organizations with understanding of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Good computer science fundamentals in Algorithms, Data Structures, Object Oriented Design Principles, Databases and Analytics.
Has worked in Test Driven and Design Driven Development environment.
Comfortable with debugging and analysing existing code and refactor as needed.
Has worked as part of an Agile Software Development team creating enterprise/B2B software products for a wide user base.
The candidate should have experience in manual and automated testing framework using tool sets like Selenium.
Exposure to React/Angular testing frameworks.
Establish QA processes on agile methodologies and work with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are met and exceeded.
Define test metrics and drive teams through QA KPIs (including code quality).
Comfortable with analysing existing code packages.
Working knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (Azure DevOps preferred) and relevant tools such as Jenkins.
Proven expertise with the following:
.NET, C#, Angular (MVC Framework)
SQL/NoSQL
Front-end skills: TypeScript/JavaScript/Node.JS
Front-end skills: HTML, CSS, Redux, React JS and related framework and libraries.
Front-end skills: Hands on experience in React/Angular
UI Unit test frameworks like Jest, Jasmine, Karma
Proven experience in executing Agile/CD-CI software development methodologies.
Experience in various automated frameworks and tools.
Experience in Unit test frameworks.
Additional good to have skills: JAVA/Python/Golang/Redis/Rabbit MQ/PowerBI/APIs/WebHooks/ELK stack
Good to have experience in designing and writing efficient microservices.
Good to have some experience of working as a business analyst at some point in career.
Good to have some experience in application security and cloud security best practice.
Good to have experience in working with Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
Proficiency in GIT/VSTS and other versioning tools.
Education:
B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/ME/MCA degree in Computer Science or related fields.
Certifications in Agile can be an added advantage.
