Technical Specialist Azure MSD will work in Azure support delivery role for customers support & need to manage the Azure setup and support delivery based on MSD SLA. Must have strong IT infrastructure and enterprise architecture knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills:
A minimum of 5-8 years project/support delivery experience. Strong background working with Microsoft Azure (3 to 5 years minimum). Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and On-Premises products which used for Azure Hybrid solutions. Communicates effectively verbally including excellent presentation skills, communicates clearly in writing; strong relationship building skills. The role, responsibilities and geographical focus will change and develop over time along with the company’s rapid growth.
Technical Skills:
Good Understanding of MS Azure Services (IAAS with PowerShell)
Good Knowledge of Azure VM Creation/Deletion/Modification.
Good Knowledge for Azure Subscriptions.
Good Knowledge for Azure end to end support.
Good Knowledge of MS Azure Clustering & high Availability.
Good Knowledge of Monitoring of MS Azure Services.
Good understanding of Azure Storage & network connectivity with On-Premises infra.
Good experience of Azure Administration Tasks & Troubleshooting on Azure Service.
Understanding of virtualization management and configuration.
Understanding and ability to promptly diagnose and related problems and failures.
Should have experience with related Windows Azure technologies.
Should have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work well independently as well as in team settings.
Administration of window servers 2012/2016
Extensive knowledge of Windows Base/Server operating systems and Active Directory 2012/2016
Knowledge about the FSMO roles
Good understanding of Active Directory Objects, Forest, Trees, Domain
Good understanding of DNS and DHCP concepts
Good understanding of Group Policies (Creating, Testing ,Implementation)
Good knowledge of Replication Concepts
Good understanding of Organisation Unit structure
Good understanding of Event Viewer logs with taking troubleshooting step
Knowledge of Clustering and Network Load Balancing
Good knowledge of Delegation and Security of AD Object
Knowledge of Active Directory PowerShell
