About the Department
The Commercial & Corporate affairs department is responsible for creating insights to launch a product, Market intel, Forecasting, Multichannel customer engagement planning, Global Brand Strategy & Tactics. Comprising of Project Management, Brand Management, Brand Communications, Life cycle Management of a product.
The Position
As a Global Engagement Analytics Solution Architect, you will act as an expert within data & analytics with a deep understanding of the platform ecosystem. You will be able to provide advisory and guidance in relation to global efforts to improve analytics-related capabilities. Proactively identifying possible improvements to the data architecture within a given project and aligning with relevant stakeholders on risks & opportunities.
Maintaining a holistic approach in any given solution design, ensuring attention is given to various aspects & stakeholder needs. Collaborating with business owners and technical experts to identify and raise possible synergies or concerns in terms of the solution robustness & scalability. Ensuring the scalability of a data-driven approach by fostering a long-term perspective when involved in any engagement analytics-related project, incl. organizing & confirming solution documentation.
Assist the Content Excellence & Engagement Analytics teams to establish and maintain a robust data architecture.
Basic hands-on experience with relevant platforms and technologies, most importantly the Adobe Experience Cloud multi-solution architecture (Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Experience Manager).
End-to-end understanding of business objectives and user journeys while identifying potential challenges and opportunities to the solution design.
Advising on data structures & data enrichment through working with metadata tagging, data taxonomies and solid understanding of a content production process.
General awareness of technology trends in terms of browser standards, legislative announcements, digitalization in pharma and 3rd party vendor capabilities.
Qualifications
Master degree or above in relevant area.
Has +5 years of relevant international work experience.
Candidate must be an expert within their field and have their digital toolbox in order; in particular within content insights and analytics of content usage.
Substantial hands-on experience in front end visualization tools such as Qlik Sense or similar.
Sense of storytelling in building dashboards in tools such as Qlik Sense or PowerBI.
Good presentation skills.
Commercial understanding of KPIs.
Deep understanding and interest in the digital data collection.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Awareness of user journeys & key objectives on websites.
Ability to analyse data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
Proactive and solution oriented.
Good time-management skills.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
