Are you ready for new challenges at a highly complex and strategic level? If yes, then we have the perfect opportunity for you as the new Senior Manager for Digital, Data & IT (DDI) in Novo Nordisk India.
Job Purpose:
Be a close consulting partner to affiliate, by interacting across the value chain to stay informed about business priorities and how to best support these from a DDI perspective. Act as trusted advisor on all organisational levels in the affiliate and provide DDI advisory to support affiliate and ensure full alignment with Regional strategic objectives. Ensure that solutions developed in the affiliate, for which it is relevant, are considered for scaling in the region. Own DDI project execution in the affiliate and provide localisation when needed. Enable Digital Transformation across the value chain in affiliate and drive DDI project prioritisation across the affiliate.
The position:
Digital, Data and IT consulting partner
Serve as trusted and consulting partner, making sure that the business’ objectives are supported by innovative DDI products and projects
Responsible for making sure that DDI is represented in relevant stakeholder and management forums in the affiliate, to be able to provide value adding and timely advisory
Local affiliate owner of DDI project execution across the value chain
Locally drive DDI project execution across functions
Own the local implementation of DDI activities and projects, managing changes when necessary
Identify opportunities and DDI projects to support business growth and needs across the value chain
Build a strong foundation for frontline interactions
Ensure appropriate local ownership and governance of DDI related projects in the affiliate
Able to bring together Global IT capabilities to create sustainable and scalable solutions that are aligned with NN ecosystem
Provide solutions and/or improve business processes, aligned with local business needs to ensure user satisfaction
Facilitate user adoption of digital products
Co-ownership of user adoption in collaboration with Commercial Excellence and various business units
Continuously monitor the local user adoption level within the digital product portfolio and initiate activities if necessary
Ensuring that user adoption meets the business’ expectation to secure benefit realisation
Assist with local DDI strategy implementation
Support broader DDI strategy by cross-functional collaboration with local digital colleagues and assist with vision implementations
Ensuring alignment with local key stakeholders and local management teams on the DDI strategy
Able to bring solutions forward that are scalable across affiliates to avoid local solutions
Navigating effortlessly in a complex stakeholder landscape
Being strong stakeholder manager in the affiliate, able to balance and merge multiple interests, to make sure that DDI strategy becomes an embedded part of the affiliate objectives
Having a broad insight into the value chain in the affiliate/BA and understand where to assist and provide advisory
Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Computer Science & Econometrics
Advanced degree preferred (MDs, MBA) ideally within IT strategy
Fluent in oral and written English
Novo Nordisk introduction to SAFe training
Minimum of +6 years of relevant Digital consultancy /Regulated / commercial organisations
Digital/Data/IT/Business management related experience is required
3 years of project management related experience is required
Previous experience in partnering functions is required
Basic knowledge of SAFe and the agile framework is required
People Management experience would be seen as an advantaged
