JD:
· Filter CRM leads, Explore & target new business leads & opportunities in Digital Marketing/Mobile/Web App development and maintenance domain (Indian market for 30 days and then global market)
· Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest
· Contact potential customers to inform them about our Company and products/services
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
· Maintain the database on the internal templates/tools of the organisation
· Understand client needs and requirements, Provide quick solutions by verbally explain their problem statements and our solutions to the problems rather explaining about company only.
· Create presentations based on the requirement
· Preparing for meetings via structured research about target client.
· Having effective sales meetings in order to :
1. Understand the Exact requirement of the client and identify if they fit to our target client criteria
2. Position our Company as the best choice for the client
· Arrange meeting with Development team leaders only when client is serious to go.
· Act as a bridge between Clients and the Software Professionals/ Operations Team
· Write emails professionally to record all discussions with the client
· Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
· Maintain Profitability index as per management guidelines
· Keep a close track on to identify and monitor competitors and research market conditions or changes in the industry that may affect sales.
· Create FAQ list for all questions asked by clients whether answered or not answered.
Desired skills:
· Proven sales experience and Effective communication skills.
· Must have user level experience in IT Products and services.
· Must be comfortable presenting IT products and services over the phone, meetings and any other online presentation channels.
· Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
· (Optional) Experience of generating leads through marketplaces like Upwork, GURU, Freelancer.
· The candidate should be able to pitch clients based in international market .
· Strong analytical skills to discuss the requirements with clients.
