Job Description
4-9 years experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role
Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
Experience in Contract Staffing & Permanent Staffing on Regular/Niche/Super Niche Requirements
Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies
Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates
Expertise in End-to-End Recruitment in various Domains and Technologies
Expertise in the areas of Active and Passive Sourcing, Screening, Shortlisting
Someone with determination and a focus on delivering results
A creative thinker and someone who can bring continuous development of recruiting strategies
Experience using an ATS tool would be desirable
Should have relevant experience of IT recruitment into the USA and Philippines market
Willing to work in the night shift into USA time zone for USA IT recruitment
Education Bachelors. Master would be preferred.
Additional role for Sr. Recruiter –
Managing both individual & team’s activity and guide team
Create a strategy for internal workforce recruitment for certain projects.
Take initiative to develop job descriptions with hiring managers by understanding the required skills and background, the impact of the role, and the ideal fit to the team and company
Provide advice and coaching to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
You act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process, establishing regular touch points and providing diligent follow through
