Job Description(Minimum 250 Characters) *
Hands on experience on SD-LE business process configurations. Must have exposure in different sales process of entire OTC cycle like Credit/Debit Memo Processing, Consignment Sales, Return Sales, 3rd party sales, Intercompany sales, Scheduling Agreements, Free of Charge Delivery, Stock Transfer Orders along with thorough Taxation knowledge.
Should have worked with US based clients. Requires the candidate to work as per the client work timings(shifts)
Experience in Integration with MM, PP, FICO modules, interfaces with legacy systems and ALE/IDOC.
Should be having Technical awareness about the Development activity i.e. FS preparation, debugging knowledge, User Exits, Enhancements, LSMW, BDC applications, BAPIs, BADI development, background jobs.
Additional desirable skillset
– should have good knowledge in S/4HANA and System conversion
– Should have a good knowledge on the advanced topics in SD module like- aATP, Settlement management, FSCM credit management.
– Good have knowledge on other modules like SAP TM, SAP EWM,WM….
Roles & Responsibilities
Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide
appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer
requirements
Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product
modifications to satisfy clients needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of SD
Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and solve software
problems.
Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues;
Document functional designs, test cases and results.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior
members
