Openview Technologies Pvt Ltd Looking for Desktop Support Engineer at Pune, Maharashtra Full Time

• Provide Troubleshooting and operational Support on Desktops, Laptops, Printers, Scanners and data cards
• Coordinate with Third party/OEM for warranty/AMC support
• Administration, Installation, Re-installation, Re-configuration of user automation Software
• Install/configure desktop and laptops O/S & Applications · Configure & update Antivirus software
• Patch management for laptops and desktops
• IMAC & site IT inventory Management
• Recovery of lost user’s data caused by hardware or software failures and user errors. ·
• Provide support to VIP users ·
• Installation of printer’s ·
• Provide appropriate rights and permissions for accessing printers ·
• VC support connecting calls , L1 level IT Infra trouble shooting , daily check list ·
• IP telephony , IMAC for desktop IP phones ·
• Updating of Tickets in ITSM (ServiceNow, BMC remedy .. etc tools)

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
