Roles and Responsibilities :
Manage various networking equipment such as Managed Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.

Implement and maintain servers with hardware RAID configuration.

Possess knowledge of O365 and experience in maintaining operating systems in both Windows and Linux flavors.

Conduct IT process risk assessments with proficiency.

Plan, conduct, and manage internal and IT audits.

Have knowledge of SOC certification, its functionalities, and how to use it for conducting IT audits.

Possess expertise in the entire IT internal audit process cycle.

Coordinate, manage, and oversee projects while documenting the process.

Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs for end-users to ensure that technical information is readily available and accessible.

Skilled in remediating cybersecurity incidents and ensuring compliance with established security policies and standards.

Investigate complex technical issues and make appropriate recommendations to resolve them.

Utilize industry knowledge and experience to continuously assess the environment and drive improvements using the latest technology.

Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve IT service-related problems and implement new processes as per requirements.

Demonstrate a proven track record in supporting all aspects of technology needs from start-up through maintenance.

Conceive and deliver a broad range of technology solutions to solve complex global application problems.

Contribute to the design and implementation of IT automation as a member of a team with a focus on service delivery.

Use development experience to improve monitoring and alerting on applications and business processes through the use of events, metrics, and log analytics with a focus on self-healing.

Identify areas of weakness and drive change by utilizing existing tools or creating new processes.

Assist in the process of selecting tools that improve IT service while simultaneously working to reduce the quantity of tools in use.
