Primary Responsibilities:
Act as liaison between customers and IT Teams
Preparation of dashboards and reporting activities
Collaborate with other key stake holder teams – Software, Hardware, Compliance & Remote Desktop
Ensure due diligence on emails, chat queries of customers and continuing customer support are being accomplished
Assure system data is accurate and integrations between internal systems are functioning properly
Identify, upskill, and resolve problems with – Various queries at customer point of view
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines or SLA’s
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed, works with minimal guidance
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
Fresher B.Com, B.SC Graduates
Overall understanding of end to end customer post hiring process to provide Global Support
Knowledge on excel activities with various short cut keys, V-Lookup, H-Lookup and Pivot Table proforma
Demonstrated knowledge of the infrastructure function
Strong leadership and coordination skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) at both an individual and team level
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to interact and communicate at all organizational levels
Ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
Ability to identify and communicate obstacles
