Primary Responsibilities:
Be able to give recommendations on apps that needs to be decommissioned
Be able to identify dependencies like Data and interfacing apps Stake holder management
Orchestrating client’s Healthcare strategy across all Optum Connect Solutions, Customer Relationship Management, Business Intelligence and Reporting
Be able to design and document user flows and workflows to support application development
Be able to use quantitative and qualitative data to assess priorities and influence roadmaps

Required Qualifications:
8 – 10 years of Strong knowledge of software development & Application architecture
8+ years of industry experience that includes: healthcare IT, Azure Architecture and healthcare operations
Hands-on experience in review the applications in the enterprise Group together apps that have similar functionality Classify the apps as per Enterprise PADU list (Preferred, Acceptable, Discouraged and Unacceptable)
Hands-on experience with APIs and cloud-based technologies, Solid understanding of application architectures, databases, SQL, APIs
Extensive experience in Healthcare Application landscape and understanding of application re-engineering
Experience in developing best in class applications and providing better alternate solution for existing applications
Experience in successfully implementing or supporting Healthcare applications and systems, within complex health provider or payer systems
Experience promoting an enhanced user experience through knowledgeable understanding of technology platforms
Experience working with cloud migration and application modernization strategy
Experience with cloud environments and tools – Azure
Knowledge and understanding of US Healthcare market and its business operations
Advanced knowledge of software development, SDLC and Cloud development
Well versed with Azure features and cloud migration
Tech Stack: System Analyst – App Rationalization & Cloud Migration Analyst
Strong, analytical, focused, self-driven with excellent problem-solving skills
Proficient in Agile Software Development methodology, processes, and practices
Preferred Qualification:
Experience with cloud environments and tools – AWS
