Oracle Looking for IT Senior Consultant at India Full Time

Work with Oracle’s world class technology to develop, implement, and support Oracle’s global infrastructure.

As a member of the IT organization, assist with the analyze of existing complex programs and formulate logic for new complex internal systems. Prepare flowcharting, perform coding, and test/debug programs. Develop conversion and system implementation plans. Recommend changes to development, maintenance, and system standards.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. BS or equivalent experience in programming on enterprise or department servers or systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oracle EPM Operations Engineer to join dedicated operations team remotely supporting Hyperion Essbase 11.2.8 on-prem. Candidate should have exceptional experience running Hyperion on Windows, and good systems administrations knowledge. Experience in administering Oracle Hyperion EPM suite of products Essbase, Planning, FDMEE, DRM, Lifecycle Management (LCM), Calc Manager, Financial Reporting, Microsoft IIS, Oracle HTTP Server, and Weblogic. Oracle Cloud experience a plus. Familiarity with Dodeca ( https://www.appliedolap.com/ ) a plus but not required.

JOB DUTIES:

• Monitor production, stage, dev, and DR environments
• Administration of Oracle Hyperion EPM Suite including but not limited to Shared Services, Essbase, Planning, HFM, SmartView, Essbase Admin services, Provider services, and Financial Reporting
• Work on service requests with Oracle Product Support
• Project Administration – document, create action plans, validate data loads, and manage requirements
• Microsoft PowerShell script execution
• Microsoft SQL Server script execution

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Oracle Hyperion Essbase & Planning Administration & Configuration Management
• Experience in Windows Batch scripting and Windows Task Scheduling
• Problem Solving – Identifies critical issues and work to solution
• Microsoft SQL Server database experience
• Microsoft PowerShell script creation

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: – Bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. Oracle employees IC3 to IC4.
