Be responsible of daily IT support operations within the site or country
Meet / Exceed the Key Performance Indicators as specified in the Operational Level Agreement.
Be responsible for the IT aspects of installations, office moves, and infrastructure.
Meet / Exceed Service Delivery KPI’s as well as meet the business requirements
Follow and enforce IT support procedures and policies
Interface with internal customers, peers, and IT&S employees
Provide support for creating action plan, deployment, and resource coordination for IT related Projects
Meet / Exceed Project Deadlines
Maintain Microsoft/Windows server infrastructure
Manage and perform server upkeep, maintenance and backups
Participate in process development and improvement from FOIS point of view
Participate in process, workflow, and Interlock development
Provide support for local projects and systems as requested
Meet business needs
About you
Experience
Sound knowledge of Information Technology or equivalent work experience
5-8 years of work within IT support
Team work experience
In depth knowlegde of Windows OS platforms, Microsoft Office 365
In implementation of IT policies and compliances
In managing IT Incidents within the defined SLAs
In liaising between the OEM vendor support teams as well as end-users
In extending advanced levels of Hardware and Network Support
