– Responsible for clearly understanding the product’s vision/roadmap and assisting the client in defining that vision if it is not clear to ensure that the right product is built
– Responsible for making sure the product vision is clearly communicated to the delivery team and understood by the team
– Single point of Contact for Business and end users in case of crisis/incidents/problem management, work with his squad to get issues resolved at the earliest
– Assess and perform feasibility analysis on technical/functional fronts with proper High level Risk assessment with security solution experts
– Work with Component managers, release train engineers and Business Analyst to define technical and business roadmaps, release management strategies
– Responsible understanding the various users of the product, including other systems that may consume the product, in order to ensure that they are building a product that provides value to the users
– Maintains the client’s product roadmap, with upcoming short-term and long-term goals, and communicates the roadmap to the delivery team and stakeholders
– Negotiates with the client representatives, stakeholders, and delivery team to prioritize work in the backlog and help maximize the value the team delivers
– Responsible for maintaining a well-refined and prioritized backlog of sufficient length to support the team’s velocity
– Responsible for making sure that the team understands the context of the stories in the backlog and that the team has adequate information to deliver the stories
– Conducts the necessary research and analysis to fully understand the client’s needs and requirements
– Works with the delivery team on a daily basis to answer questions and review/approve stories being developed
about you
– 6 plus years of application management experience with overall 8-10 years of IT industry
– HR & Compensation domain expert
– Excellent understanding of Agile processes and ceremonies
– Working experience on Agile/Scum projects
– Hands-on experience on latest UI technologies like Angular is desirable
– Must have good understanding of DevOps CI/CD
– Strong communication skills – ability to handle customer escalation / expectations
– Team Player

– Agile PO and Project Management certifications preferred to have
