A Lead – Technical Design Team Consultant is responsible for ensuring the team works towards transferring customers requirements into a solution based on Orange’s products and services, owning the technical design validation through ordering and implementation.
He/She leads the team and ensures right quality solution for customer is implemented with the desired outcomes and within deadlines.
He/She as a subject matter expert needs to ensure best quality handover from design stage to implementation stage.

Excellent customer service skills
In-depth knowledge and technology expertise related to solutions offered by Orange
Excellent network (LAN & WAN) architecture knowledge
Ability to visualize, simplify and translate complex technical and business solutions
Excellent understanding of TDT tools and processes
Broader understanding of telecommunications protocols and technologies
Good time management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to engage and partner with customers at a detailed technical & operational level
Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.
Problem solving skills.
education, qualifications, and certifications
Required:
Engineering Degree/Equivalent in Telecommunications field.
Fluent in both spoken and written English
Experience working with and designing of networks
Reasonable commercial acumen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
Cisco Certified (or equivalent experience) to CCNA – CCNP/CCDP preferred
Voice/IPT, Messaging or Security experience beneficial

Minimum 8 years experience in telecommunications / service provider arena
Previous experience in a customer facing technical support or pre-sales role
