Job description:
Outcome Logix is looking for US IT Recruiter Senior Level to handle the hiring
Duties And Responsibilities
.
Responsible for sourcing the right candidate profiles through various job portals like LinkedIn Dice, Monster, Career Builder, etc.
·
Thoroughly assessing candidates basis skills and experience, area of interest, geographic location in US
and visa types
·
Ensure meeting daily/monthly target of submitting quality candidates for open job requirements released by clients
·
Completing a thorough analysis of candidates commitment and background check before submission
·
Getting updated resume from the candidate and formatting it according to clients need
·
Arranging interviews for shortlisted candidates and following up on real-time basis till feedback is received from client.
·
Completing appropriate paperwork before onboarding the candidate
·
Sending daily activity of submittals and interview updates to the account manager
Contributing Responsibilities

Contribute towards innovative ways for talent hiring
Mandatory Skills:
·
Fluent communication skills:
This role requires daily coordination with team leads, sales account managers and candidates residing on-site in the US over calls and therefore, fluency in English is mandatory.

The candidate must be willing to work in the night shift.
·
Have 7-12 years of proven experience in US IT recruitment.
·
Vast amount of knowledge in IT domain
·
Experience in building the talent pool for the IT staffing requirements of the company/client.
·
Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Card holders.
·
Good communicator /Interpersonal Skills
·
Knowledgeable about different
US work Visas like H1B, E3, and TN,OPT,GC
·
High degree of professionalism.
·
Demonstrated success in planning and controlling hiring
related activities.

Education Level: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

is work/life balance like at your company?
As an early-stage startup, we wouldn’t want to hide this reality to prospective candidates: raw hours make a big difference in the impact we can make right now. This won’t always be the case, but it is at present.
So, often we find ourselves working later in the evening, on rare occasions a weekend,
but it’s mostly driven by personal ambition. We don’t have any expectations of anyone to do so.
