Position Tech Support / Software Implementation Executive/Trainee
– Onsite Support & also through email and telephone.
– Software support using application for ticket raising, solving, and closing software support issues.
– User Training and Implementation.
– Extract, transform and load data across systems into application
– Assisting the development team in solving & sorting software bugs.
– Prepare manuals and other process related documents.
– Any other duties allotted by manager commensurate with responsibilities assigned.
Qualifications
– University degree preferable in English
– 0-2 Year experience in software industry or having experience in helpdesk.
– Good technical knowledge of computer usage including MS office applications.
– Should be able to configure application and client computer to meet customer requirements.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
– Can work independently with minimal guidance.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹144,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
