is a leading global cloud communications company, with offices in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, India, etc. We are dedicated to providing reliable A2P messaging solutions to satisfy cross-border business needs, including one-time passwords, SMS marketing campaigns, notifications, order/shipment updates etc.

To accommodate our rapid expansion plan, we are currently seeking dynamic, team-work spirit candidate to fill the following position:

Junior Technical Support Engineer (Voice)

Responsibilities:

l Acting as the point of escalation within the Support team

l Coordinating with upstream provider(vendor) for resolving the issues.

l Act as designated support engineer for large Enterprise Customers

l Investigating and troubleshooting technical issues related to messaging and voice protocols

l A positive, confident and client centric manner to work

l Monitoring, identifying and troubleshooting customer issues.

l Testing destinations with appropriate route and checking the voice quality using the device like Arptel and Eyebeam etc.

l Uploading Rate Plans in PaaSoo Internal system.

l Creating and checking Routing Group, CDR etc.

l Knowledge and understanding of ticket handing in JIRA/other similar ticketing tools and resolving the issue within the given SLA’s

l Worked with the standard codec in VOIP.((G729, G723, and G711etc)

l Deep understanding and exposure of OSI layer and how network conditions affect voice quality.

Requirement

l Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related field

l 0-1 year or above of related work experience is preferred

l Good written and spoken English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)

l Understanding some software development languages and database systems. Understanding some common middleware.

l Ready to work on a rotational shifts, weekend and night shifts.

l Having the experience in some common operation and maintenance systems

l Self-motivated, hardworking, and strong sense of responsibility

l Detail-oriented, multi-tasking and willing to learn

l Immediate availability is an advantage

l Candidate with less experience will be considered
