• Excellent spoken and Good written communication skills
• Typing Skills: 30 WPM 90% accuracy
• Advanced understanding of the components of a computer and peripherals
• Experience repairing operating systems, software, and networking with Microsoft, Apple OS X, iOS, and Android, etc (including virus and malware removal)
