Technical Support Executive : (Pune)

Experience into networking background. (VoIP, ISP industry preferred)

Handled team, calls (Preferred for senior position)

ISP Router configuration

2. Handling client & solving problems with proper solution.

3. Interact confidently with clients to establish what the problem is and explain the

solution.

4. Preparing and updating ticketing documentation

5. Understanding of KPI and completion of KRA

6. Resolving network issues

Requirements and qualifications

1. CCNA, CCNP Certification – or any other relevant courses for Networking &

Hardware .

2. Understanding of VoIP protocols

3. Knowledge of networking

4. Basic knowledge of CRM

5. IP addressing

6. Subneting/ Subnet masks

7. Basic knowledge of networking protocols

8. NAT and PATK

9. LAN troubleshooting

10.Topology

11.Good communication skills

12.Quick learner & logical thinking ability

13.Excellent listening & questioning skills

14.The ability to work well in a team.
